Preschool is an important transition before “Big School” begins. To help your child prepare we incorporate school readiness activities into their daily program; this enables your child to make a positive transition into “Big school”. Our Pintu room is licensed for twenty children aged 3-6 years. We have two educators for our Bees Nees Pintu room to ensure your child joins in the experiences that are offered.
The Pintu Room Includes:
Learning in our Garden
Our open outdoor learning environment offers an array of possibilities; enabling open ended interactions, spontaneity, risk taking, exploration, discovery and connection with nature.
Our vast range of outdoor activities include:
School Readiness
School readiness activities are provided each day your child attends. Although our centre name does not include the word “Preschool”, our program still includes Preschool activities. Our Educators all hold a recognised Early Childhood qualification. If you thought that you needed to send your child to a preschool the year before school, there is no need as our service will support and guide your child’s transition to kindergarten. We believe that school readiness starts right from your child’s first day at Bees Nees Early Learning.

Teaching the importance of sustainability
Bees Nees are ever mindful of the impact we all have on the environment. By the use of sustainable practices we lead by example and guide the children in developing an awareness and appreciation of the natural environment.
This gives the children a sense of connection to the world around us and they are becoming responsible for our natural resources. Sustainable practices include our worm farm, the compost bin, the water tank, vegetable and herb gardens, recycling bins, as well as using natural light.
