Meet the Bees Nees Team

Bees Nees Team

Hi I am Desiree. I am the approved Provider/Nominated Supervisor/Educational Leader of our centre and have been working in the childcare industry since 1995. I have a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood), Senior First Aid Certificate, and Certificate IV in Frontline Management. I opened Bees Nees Early Learning in 2005, and have enjoyed watching the children learn and discover in our environment. I am committed to ongoing professional development, and ensuring that the service that we offer to the community is of high quality. I am happily married with three young children, and now I can watch and guide my own children’s development. Being both a mum and a teacher is a very rewarding career! I look forward to meeting you and your family at our centre.

Hey, my name is Katie. I successfully gained my Certificate III in Children’s Services, Senior First Aid Certificate, Diploma in Children’s Services, and will commence studying a Bachelor of Education in 2017. My passion for the childcare industry began after my first niece was born and after spending quality time with her made me realise I wanted to have an impact on young children’s lives and help them to grow, learn and gain valuable skills.

Things I enjoy doing most when I’m not at Bees Nees is spend some quality time with my husband, family, close friends and my beautiful animals.

Tracey Hi I'm Tracey and I have been the Clerical Assistant at Bees Nees since its opening in February 2005. I am married with three adult children; I am married with three adult children and am at my happiest when I’m surrounded by my wonderful family. In my spare time I enjoy reading, watching movies, and catching up with friends. I have been involved in administration work, in one way or another, for well over 30 years, completing various courses in this time in order to keep up with our changing world. I also have Certificate III in Children's Services.

The thing I like most about the child care industry, and Bees Nees in particular, is that we are helping families. Not only do we provide a great learning foundation for the children in our care, but we are providing a service for parents who either work or just need a well deserved break to balance their lives. As a mum myself, I understand the need for parents to be able to do these things content in the knowledge that their child is being cared for in a safe, friendly, nurturing environment. I am proud to say that I am part of a team at Bees Nees Early Learning that does just that.

Taylah Hello. My name is Taylah. In 2015, I began working at Bees Nees as a trainee, gaining a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. I am now studying towards my Diploma. My interest in childcare began when I was studying Early Childhood in year 11 and 12, and I knew then that I would love to work with children. I have had some experience with looking after children before starting at Bees Nees as I have a little brother, and I have also babysat children under the age of 6. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends and I also love to shop! I can't wait to meet some new faces.
